EASI is pleased to announce the Panoche Valley Conservation Bank project opportunity.
Working with a landowner in San Benito County, the EASI team has completed an Phase 1 assessment for this conservation banking opportunity.
The 355-acre property is ideally situated in lower Panoche Valley. It is home to three confirmed species of interest — San Joaquin kit fox, giant kangaroo rat and tri-colored blackbird. Two other species of interest — blunt nosed leopard lizard and western burrowing owl — are confirmed for adjacent properties and remain to be confirmed for this future Panoche Valley Conservation Bank.
